Lucira.ai
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2025
At Lucira.ai, we take your privacy and data protection seriously. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and the choices you have when connecting Google services to Lucira.ai. It applies to our website and web application at Lucira.ai.
1. What data we access from Google
When you connect Google to Lucira.ai, the app may access data only as necessary to provide analytics and insights:
Lucira.ai does not request or access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or other Google user data outside of the scopes you authorize. Lucira.ai does not collect or infer personally identifiable information (PII) from these sources.
2. Purpose of processing
We use the above data to power insights and AI recommendations within Lucira.ai—such as trend analysis, content performance, conversion diagnostics, and alerts. Data is not used for advertising, profiling outside Lucira.ai, or resale.
3. OAuth permission and your control
You connect your Google account through the Google OAuth flow and can stop access at any time:
Disconnecting or revoking access stops any new data retrieval from Google.
3A. Chat, prompts, and image uploads
Lucira.ai integrates with third-party technologies to enhance performance and deliver advanced features:
Information processed through these services is handled under strict security policies and never shared beyond the intended use by the user.
3B. Website analysis you request
When you provide a website URL, Lucira.ai may fetch and analyze publicly available content and metadata from that site to personalize insights (e.g., sitemaps, page titles, meta tags, text snippets, publicly visible analytics signals). We respect standard controls (e.g., robots.txt where applicable) and do not attempt to bypass protections. Retention: we keep derived, aggregated/non‑PII summaries for up to 90 days to power trends and recommendations, then delete or anonymize them. You can request deletion at any time at dieysoftware@gmail.com.
4. Minimal technical information
To operate and protect the service, our hosting/security providers may process connection metadata (e.g., network and browser data) for a limited time for security and diagnostics. We also use Google Analytics 4 with first‑party cookies to measure aggregated site/app usage; we do not receive IP addresses or PII from GA4 and we do not enable advertising features. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Lucira.ai does not set first‑party advertising cookies. Third‑party services (e.g., Google) may use cookies to collect aggregated usage information. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.
6. Legal bases
We process your data under: (a) consent granted during the OAuth flow, and (b) contractual necessity to provide the service you requested.
7. Data security and OAuth tokens
If OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) are stored, we protect them using industry‑standard controls, including encryption at rest, transport security, and least‑privilege access. Tokens are used only to read the permitted data and are rotated or invalidated per Google’s policies.
8. Data storage and retention
Lucira.ai focuses on data minimization. GA4 retention (aggregated, non‑PII): We do not retain raw GA4 rows. We may retain aggregated, non‑PII analytics (e.g., daily totals by channel/device) until you delete them or disconnect Google Analytics (which triggers deletion for your workspace). Backups/logs are fully purged within 30 days. (Website analysis and workspace items have their own retention—see §§3B and 11A.)
9. Use of third‑party technologies
10. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your data. We may use vetted service providers (e.g., hosting, cloud, observability, email delivery) that process data on our behalf under data‑processing terms and security controls. A list of material sub‑processors is available upon request at dieysoftware@gmail.com.
10A. Service communications
We use your email address to send transactional notifications related to the service (e.g., “your results are ready”, security alerts, account notices). These messages are not marketing. We may process basic delivery logs (recipient, timestamp, status) for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and fraud prevention. We use vetted email providers acting as our processors under data‑processing terms. You can manage marketing preferences separately, if offered.
11. International data transfers
We may process data using infrastructure located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
11A. Workspace content
Textual insights and configurations you create in Lucira.ai are stored in your workspace until you delete them or your admin sets a shorter retention. These items do not contain raw third‑party data; they are summaries or aggregates generated for your team. When you delete an item, we remove it from active systems and complete purge from backups/logs within 30 days.
12. Children’s privacy
Lucira.ai is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or lower age as defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing. You can:
14. Jurisdiction and territorial scope
Lucira.ai primarily operates from Mexico. This policy aligns with the LFPDPPP and, where applicable, with the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our site or email. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
16. Contact
Questions or requests: dieysoftware@gmail.com
17. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Lucira.ai’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This applies to raw data obtained from the authorized scopes and to data that is aggregated, anonymized, or derived from it. We limit use to providing or improving user‑facing features in Lucira.ai, restrict transfers to what is necessary to operate those features, and prohibit selling the data or using it for advertising.
